Our Professional Staff

Through a multi-disciplinary approach to mental health, our providers promote the psychical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of individuals who turn to us for care. 
Dr. James Jura
Medical Director
Dr. Jura is a board certified psychiatrist. He works with adults age 16 and older. He provides medication management for depression, anxiety, psychosis, and substance abuse.

Laura Wiloughby, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Licensed as a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Laura sees children and adults for a variety of disorders including ADHD. She enjoys working with school-aged children and youth starting at age 5. She provides medication management in collaboration with Dr. James Jura.​

Amy Tally,  APRN
Amy sees children starting at age 5 to adults.  She provides medication management in collaboration with Dr. James Jura.  


Ronald Carter, MSW, LCSW
Ron is experienced in the treatment of adjustment disorders, aging, anger management, parenting skills training, depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders for adults and children.

Joyce Estes, Masters in Education, LCSW
Joyce is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience. She has a wide variety of practice experience and works primarily with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and panic, life stress and difficulty coping, trauma-related issues, grief and loss, LGBT issues, family and work stress and problems managing anger. She works with clients aged 12 and older.


Carole Scott, MSW, LCSW, CADC
Carole , with 35 years of experience in the field, works with adults with adjustment disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, anger management, and substance abuse. She counsels on issues related to women, as well as men; on divorce issues for individuals or couples. In addition, she does EAP contract work.

Carolyn Paden, RN, BSN, MBA, FABC
Executive Director 
Carolyn joined The CENTER in 2017. She is a nursing executive with over 34 years of experience, her leadership career has spanned several areas including; surgical, women's and children's, and various clinics. Carolyn leads The CENTER focusing on our mission and future vision.

Debi O'Neal

Debi leads the day-to-day management of our accounting, billing, and administration. 

Christine Feuerbacher
Director of Development
In addition to grant writing and fundraising, Christine is responsible for The CENTER'S major publications, website, social media, public relations and marketing.
